This could be the preparation of a will to manage the distribution of an estate after death or the drawing up of a power of attorney or guardianship application to ensure proper administration during life.

We can assist in all the arrangements from the funeral or cremation if required, to obtaining Confirmation (Probate). This involves the valuing and ingathering of the estate, settlement of debts and distribution, either in terms of the deceased's will, or when there is no will, in accordance with the law of intestacy.
