Domestic conveyancing consists of house purchases and sales and includes to and from private individuals and such organizations as Councils, Housing Associations and Developers. The service also includes house sales, remortgages, equity release, transfers of Title and leases of domestic property.

Commercial Conveyancing is handled by Sandy Muirhead and Peter Scott. Commercial conveyancing involves all aspects of the sale, purchase and lease of business premises and the purchase and sales of businesses themselves.
